At its opening, CA Clemson and sons promised to deliver a service ‘’par excellence’’ to its personally selected customers through its small team of highly efficient and experienced people who would know their names. While much has changed since 1972, Dormole is, and intends to remain, very much a people-focused business and the commitment shown by its staff has been fundamental to its growth and ability to work its way through all of the challenges of the last 50 years. 

It is a family business but the Dormole family extends well beyond the pure definition of the word to encompass everyone employed within the business (many of whom are related) and to our loyal and long-standing customers and suppliers without whom we wouldn’t have a business.

Dormole wants its employees to be focused both individually, and as a team, on delivering excellent service to customers and suppliers with respect, fairness and integrity. They need to be committed and enthusiastic and understand their role in helping us to achieve our objectives by meeting and exceeding the expectations of those that do business with us.

Our record of long-service bears testament to the loyalty of our team for which we are extremely grateful.
